Eligibility for Rental

To rent a vehicle from Divine Garages Car Rental, you must:

• Be at least 21 years old (age requirements may vary for specific vehicles).
• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Have a valid payment method for the deposit and rental charges.

Vehicle Reservation

All reservations are subject to availability. Divine Garages Car Rental reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations if unforeseen circumstances arise. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking.

Rental Period

The rental period starts at the time of vehicle pickup and ends at the agreed drop-off time. Late returns may incur additional charges. Please notify us in advance if you anticipate delays.

Rental Charges and Payment

Rental charges include the base rental rate, applicable taxes, and any additional services requested. Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or other accepted payment methods. A security deposit may be required and will be refunded after the rental period, subject to inspection of the vehicle.

Vehicle Use

Rented vehicles must only be used for lawful purposes. The renter must not:

• Allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle.
• Use the vehicle for off-road driving, racing, or towing.
• Operate the vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Bookings can be canceled by contacting us via email or phone. Refunds for cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

• Full refund for cancellations made 72 hours before the pickup time.
• Partial refund for cancellations made within 72 hours of the pickup time.
• No refund for no-shows or cancellations after the rental period starts.
